Course Description | This course includes: physical activity and health, the definition of physical activity, MET values of the different activities, the burned calories during activities, the importance of nutrition, the cardiopulmonary risk factors, obesity, weight contol and physical activity, diabetes, environmental factors, physical activities in elder population, ergogenic aids and physical activity, the physicological effects of physical activity and body mechanics. |
